Who We Treat
Children
Children may struggle with anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, or difficulty processing big emotions. I help children build emotional awareness, develop coping skills, and foster healthy relationships in a way that feels approachable and safe.
Pre-Teens/Teens
The pre-teen and teen years can be overwhelming, with challenges like social anxiety, depression, peer pressure, identity exploration, and school-related stress. I work with adolescents to navigate these complex emotions and build confidence during this pivotal stage of life.
Adults
Many adults face challenges such as managing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or navigating major life transitions. Solutions Minded Counseling provide personalized support to help you address these issues and rediscover balance and fulfillment.
Families
Families often encounter struggles like communication breakdowns, parenting challenges, or navigating life changes. I work with families to strengthen bonds, resolve conflicts, and create healthier dynamics.
